“先合作化后机械化”是毛泽东农业合作化思想的重要内容,也是我国农业机械化发展的重要理论基础。这一思想在当年党内围绕中共山西省委《把老区互助组提高一步》的报告所进行的争论中提出和确立。历史地考察毛泽东“先合作化后机械化”思想的提出及其主要内容,总结我国农业合作化和农业机械化进程中的经验和教训,对于当今农业机械化事业的发展、“三农”问题的解决和农业现代化的实现都有重要意义。
