初中分流、定向培养是中共中央关于教育体制改革的一项重要内容。它对调整中等教育结构,加强职业培训有着重大意义。同时它亦对初中教育提出了更高的要求。因为初中分流将育相当一部分初三学生毕业后不再升入高中,而进行定向的职业培训,对于这一部分学生来讲,基础课的学习到初中毕业终止。所以要贯彻中共中央教改的决定,必须提高初中教学质量,确保初中生对所学基础课程知识的掌握。那么作为基础课的历史科的现状如何呢?我们在1984年对上海市崇明县的民本中学初三(4)班、三星中学初三(2)班、新建中学(陈镇乡)初
