一、怎样写数字 科技文章不仅要求准确(accuracy),而且要求精确(precision)。谈到数量时,不能用含糊的词(vague words),而要用数字。 许多国家的出版物上,数字用法比较混乱。我国于1986年底由国家语言文字工作委员会、国家出版局、国家标准局、国家计量局、国务院办公厅秘书局、中宣部新闻局和中宣部出版局等七个部门发出联合通知,公布《关于出版物上数字用法的试行规定》(载1986年12月31日《人民日报》)。这为我国中文出版物上数字用法确定了规范,但对外文出版物上数字用法仍未作规定。不仅非英语国家出版物上数字用法不统一,
