通过田间小区试验,对青霉菌灭活菌丝体(DMP)防控水稻病害及增产作用进行探索.结果表明,DMP用于水稻育苗能够壮苗促生长,明显提高秧苗株高、鲜质量和干质量等农艺性状,且其改善作用在使用合适的剂量时更明显.DMP处理的水稻秧苗大田移栽后可提高每丛的有效穗数、成穗率、穗实率,并提高千粒质量,降低秕粒比率.同时DMP对稻曲病的相对防效为56.28%~79.87%,对纹枯病的相对防效为36.10%~69.72%.这可能是DMP诱导植物产生系统获得性抗病性的能力在水稻上发挥出较好的效果.此外,还能够提高水稻产量,且产量的提高幅度随DMP用量的增加而增高.
