电工技能教学注重的是学生理论知识与实践动手能力的结合,并在实践中不断提高学生的创新能力。而教师作为教学活动的组织者,如何有效提高学生的创造能力是中职机电类专业教师一直探究的话题,创造能力包括创新的意识和创作的能力,是思想和能力的整体融合。因此,本文主要从发挥学生主动性着手,在电工技能教学中改进教学手段和教学方法,提高学生的整体素质;实施分阶段教学目标,让学生在掌握电工技能的同时发挥创造能力。
The teaching of electrician skill pays close attention to the combination of theoretical knowledge and practical ability of students, and continuously improves students’ innovative ability in practice. Teachers as teaching organizers, how to effectively improve students’ creative ability is a topic explored by middle-class mechanical and electrical professional teachers. The ability to create abilities, including innovative awareness and creativity, is the integration of thoughts and abilities. Therefore, this paper starts from giving full play to students’ initiative, improving teaching methods and teaching methods in electrician skills teaching, and improving the overall quality of students; implementing the teaching objectives in stages so that students can master the electrician skills and creative ability at the same time.
