去年,我市被确定为《义务教育学校管理标准(试行)》(本文简称《管理标准》)实验区。我校认真组织学习《管理标准》,制订贯彻落实《管理标准》实验方案,切实开展实验工作。一、把育人为本、全面发展作为核心十八大把立德树人作为教育的根本任务。育人为本必然是学校教育工作的根本要求,我校初中部500个学生中,有近60%是留守儿童或外来务工子女,突出育人为本,教育引导好这部分学生,意义重大。基于此,我校坚持“民主、适合、创新”的办
