[目的/意义]鉴于开放资源建设实践面临困境,将众包引入开放会议资源服务系统(简称“系统”),以提高其开放会议资源建设效率。[方法/过程]采用经验总结法分析“系统”现有资源建设模式的不足,结合实际,从基于众包的资源建设工作流程、众包平台开发与功能设计、系统功能与服务完善3方面构建开放会议资源众包建设模式。[结果/结论]资源众包建设模式能增加系统所需的人力、智力资源,提高资源建设效率,实现丰富系统开放会议资源、获得更多使用的建设目的。开放会议资源建设众包模式能提高“系统”的工作效率,可为其他图书馆的开放会议资源建设借鉴和参考。
[Purpose / Significance] In view of the difficulties faced in the practice of open resource construction, crowdsourcing will be introduced into the Open Conference Resource Service System (“System” for short) so as to enhance the efficiency of resources for its open conference. [Methods / Processes] This paper analyzes the shortcomings of existing system of resource building by using the method of experience summaries. Based on the actual situation, from the process of resource construction based on crowdsourcing, the development and functional design of crowdsourcing platform, the improvement of system functions and services Construction of crowdsourcing construction mode of open meeting resources. [Result / Conclusion] The model of crowdsourcing construction of resources can increase manpower and intellectual resources required by the system, improve the efficiency of resource construction, and achieve the purpose of enriching the resources of system open conference and obtaining more use. Open crowdsourcing mode of building conference resources can improve the working efficiency of “system”, and can be used as a reference for other open conference resources in libraries.
