目的:探讨防保科护理管理职能和管理技巧。方法:对医院防保科护理管理职能和技巧进行全面分析,找出防保科护理管理过程存在问题。制定相应的管理措施,提高护理管理水平。结果:防保科护理管理职能包括制定护理管理计划、合理组织、科学指导、恰当点评等,作为护理管理者要掌握问题的技巧、沟通的技巧、激励的技巧、实施改革的技巧等。结论:防保科的护理管理存在一定问题,防保科护理管理者应加强相关知识和技能的学习,更新现代护理管理理念,以提高护理质量,减少护理管理差错的发生。
Objective: To explore preventive nursing care management functions and management skills. Methods: To conduct a comprehensive analysis of the functions and skills of nursing department in the hospital and to find out the problems in the course of nursing department management. Develop appropriate management measures to improve the level of nursing management. Results: Nursing care management functions include nurse management plan, reasonable organization, scientific guidance and appropriate comments, as nursing managers to master the problem skills, communication skills, incentive skills, the implementation of reform skills. Conclusion: There are some problems in the nursing management of the defending department, and the defending nursing managers should strengthen the study of related knowledge and skills and update the concept of modern nursing management so as to improve the nursing quality and reduce the errors in nursing management.
