学困生就是指智力正常但其学习成绩较之于同年级学生明显偏低,不能达到预期学习目标的学生,也就是学习上有困难的学生。表面上,学困生对教师敬而远之,其实,他们更渴望得到教师的关爱。爱是教育的基础,没有爱就没有教育。因此,教师要重视师生情感的沟通,多接触、多了解、多关心学困生。教师只有从育人的角度出发,尊重他们,信任他们,用心去感化他们,才能取得学困生转化工作的成功。在这里,我想以化学这门学科为例
Students with learning difficulties refer to those students who have normal intelligence but whose academic performance is obviously lower than those of the same grade and can not achieve the expected learning goals, that is, students who have difficulties in learning. On the surface, poor students learn to stay away from teachers, in fact, they are more eager to get the teacher’s care. Love is the foundation of education, there is no education without love. Therefore, teachers should pay attention to teachers and students emotional communication, more contact, more understanding, and more concerned about learning difficulties. Teachers only from the perspective of educating people, respect them, trust them, with the intention to influence them in order to achieve the success of poor students transformation work. Here, I want to take chemistry as an example
