目的 总结腹膜后神经源性肿瘤的CT表现。方法 19例经手术和病理证实的腹膜后神经源性肿瘤的CT资料作回顾性分析。结果 神经纤维瘤7例,神经鞘瘤9例,神经纤维肉瘤2例,恶性神经鞘瘤1例。CT表现:肿瘤有包膜15例,囊变和坏死11例,钙化2例,均匀增强8例,不均匀增强10例。肿瘤肝转移1例,腹膜后淋巴结转移1例。结论 腹膜后神经源性肿瘤的CT表现有一定的特征性。认识这些表现,对提高术前的诊断水平有相当大的帮助。
Objective To summarize CT findings of retroperitoneal neurogenic tumors. Methods Retrospective analysis of 19 cases of retroperitoneal neurogenic tumors confirmed by surgery and pathology. Results There were 7 cases of neurofibromatosis, 9 cases of schwannoma, 2 cases of neurofibrosarcoma, and 1 case of malignant schwannoma. CT findings: There were 15 cases of tumor capsules, 11 cases of cystic degeneration and necrosis, 2 cases of calcification, 8 cases of even enhancement, and 10 cases of non-uniform enhancement. One patient had liver metastases and one patient had retroperitoneal lymph node metastases. Conclusion The CT findings of retroperitoneal neurogenic tumors have certain characteristics. Knowing these performances can be of great help in improving the preoperative diagnosis.
