The technical and economic indicators of the township planning (hereinafter referred to as quotas) are the instructive empirical data in the planning and design practice, and reflect the data standards of the technical feasibility and economic rationality of the design proposal. In order to further deepen the planning and design work in the future, enrich the content, improve the quality, as soon as possible to compile a fixed quota index is one of the important tasks that need to be completed urgently. Qualitative issues in the quota index need to be studied and determined first. First, the quotas for the planning of villages and towns should meet the reality of the vast rural areas in China.
