目的分析代谢综合征(MS)患者的肺功能变化。方法选取云浮市人民医院2013年10月至2015年10月收治的MS患者为病例组(n=34);同期行肺功能检查的非MS患者为对照组(n=62)。对患者的肺功能资料进行回顾性分析,测定指标包括用力肺活量(FVC)、1秒钟用力呼气容积(FEV1)、最大通气量(MVV)、肺一氧化碳弥散量(DLco)。每项目连续做3次,取其理想曲线最大值。结果 MS患者的FVC、FEVl、MVV、DLco分别为(2.67±0.43)L、(2.15±0.35)L、(93.73±15.08)L、(85.31±14.40)ml/(min·mm Hg),均低于对照组的(3.18±0.47)L、(2.61±0.38)L、(109.59±15.82)L、(99.75±13.72)ml/(min·mm Hg),差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。MS患者的FEV1/FCV比值亦低于非MS个体,但差异无统计学意义。结论 MS可引起肺功能受损。
Objective To analyze the changes of lung function in patients with metabolic syndrome (MS). Methods The patients with MS were selected from Yunfu People’s Hospital from October 2013 to October 2015 as the case group (n = 34). The non-MS patients who underwent pulmonary function tests during the same period were the control group (n = 62). Pulmonary function data of patients were retrospectively analyzed. The indexes of measurement included FVC, FEV1, MVV and DLco. Each project to do 3 times in a row, whichever is the ideal curve maximum. Results The FVC, FEV1, MVV and DLco of MS patients were (2.67 ± 0.43) L, (2.15 ± 0.35) L, (93.73 ± 15.08) L and (85.31 ± 14.40) ml / (mm · mm Hg) (3.18 ± 0.47) L, (2.61 ± 0.38) L, (109.59 ± 15.82) L and (99.75 ± 13.72) ml / (mm · mm Hg) in the control group, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.001). MS patients with FEV1 / FCV ratio is also lower than non-MS individuals, but the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion MS can cause impaired lung function.
