自2011年初成立之日起,“千人计划”专家联谊会就一直践行“联谊交流、协同合作、建言献策、服务社会”的宗旨,凝聚“千人”力量,服务国家发展。2012年11月17日,“千人计划”专家走进了鱼米之乡嘉兴。在“千人计划”专家联谊会(下称联谊会)组织下,50位“千人”试图从科学的角度,找出优化嘉兴水系的合理方案,为嘉兴的水环境改善出谋划策。这样的活动并不是首次。实际上,联谊会如同架起了一座“千人计划”专家们与地方的桥梁,一直在源源不断地将专业对口专家输送到地方去解决需要,将千人们的能量聚集在一起,辐射社会。
