In May this year, at the International Urological Congress in Atlanta, the latest research by a Taiwan scholar attracted much attention. Studies indicate that men with severe dental and periodontal disease have a greater risk of developing erectile dysfunction (ED) and are more likely to have problems with their sex life. Researchers selected 33,000 men with ED and 16,200 men with normal sexual function and followed them for a 5-year follow-up.
