报告应用1：2000新洁尔灭外洗、湿敷处理47例新生儿皮下坏疽患儿局部创口的情况，同时对95例常规治疗新生儿皮下坏疽患儿作回顾性调查，将二者疗效进行比较。结论是：局部应用新洁尔灭能明显加快新生儿皮下坏疽的临床治愈时间（P＜0．01），尤其适用于坏疽面积较大的患儿（P＜0．005），且该方法简便易行，效果可靠。
