随着我国科学技术的发展和计算机技术、电子技术的广泛应用,我国经济全球化趋势日益加强,许多发达国家的跨国公司将制造业向我国转移,使得机械制造的设备和工艺发生了深刻变化,我国已经成为数控技术发展的新领地,高精度高效率的数控机械逐渐代替了普通机械,因此,数控技术专业课程的设置与开发应以人才需要为向导,将数控专业技能训练划分为三个阶段,每个阶段都有自己的训练目标,实现技能培训由简单到复杂,从初级到中级的训练目标。文中从高职数控专业深化教改教研、强化技能训练、培养数控技术人才、突出高职教育特色等方面阐述本人的看法和设想。
With the development of science and technology in our country and the extensive application of computer technology and electronic technology, the trend of our country’s economic globalization has been strengthened day by day. Many multinational corporations in developed countries have shifted the manufacturing industry to our country, resulting in profound changes in the equipment and technology of machinery manufacturing. China has become the new territory of the development of numerical control technology, high-precision and high-efficiency CNC machinery gradually replaced by ordinary machinery, therefore, CNC technology curriculum and development should be guided by the talent needs, the NC skills training is divided into three stages , Each stage has its own training objectives, skills training from simple to complex, from primary to intermediate training objectives. In this paper, I elaborate my own views and ideas from the aspects of deepening the reform of teaching and research, strengthening skills training, training of numerical control technicians and highlighting the characteristics of higher vocational education in higher vocational education.
