目的探讨超声对急性阑尾炎的诊断价值。方法对52例阑尾炎患者进行超声检查,并与手术后结果对照。结果52例患者中,超声诊断阑尾炎45例,诊断符合率86.5%。结论超声诊断急性阑尾炎具有方便快捷、可重复检查的优点,对临床诊断及其他疾病的鉴别诊断有很高的价值。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasound in acute appendicitis. Methods Fifty-two patients with appendicitis underwent ultrasonography and were compared with the postoperative results. Results Among the 52 patients, 45 cases were diagnosed by appendicitis with ultrasonography and the diagnostic accuracy was 86.5%. Conclusion Ultrasound diagnosis of acute appendicitis has the advantages of convenient and repeatable examination and high value in the differential diagnosis of clinical diagnosis and other diseases.
