食管癌单独存在诊断并不困难,与二尖瓣狭窄并存,症状往往被掩盖,导致漏诊,以至失去手术时机。现报道1例,供临床借鉴。临床资料:患者女性,54岁。风湿性心脏病(风心病)15年。以心悸、气短、咳嗽、不能平卧1周入院。患者进食困难,咽下食水立即呛咳不止,咳大量泡沫粘痰。查体:体温36.8℃,血压11/7kPa,呼吸24次/分。
