本文论述了用微处理机作液相色谱分析数据处理的硬件结构和应用软件的研制。 硬件全部用国产部件组成,包括微处理机A/D转换器和液相色谱分析仪以及其它辅助电路。用软件完成数字滤波,用最小二乘估计理论算出基线估计值和标准偏差,进而建立峰检测的阀值是该软件的一个特点。同时,通过对基线的跟踪而动态地修正阀值,能较好地完成峰的检测。 该软件还能判断和处理一些重叠峰;可用内标法、外标法或归一法计算各组份的百分比含量,最后打印出分析报告。 该系统及软件经与syz—211型液相色谱分析仪联机实验,证明用微处理机作色谱分析的数据处理,对提高分析精度、提高工作效率和缩短分析周期取得了较好的效果。
This article discusses the use of microprocessors for liquid chromatography data processing hardware structure and application software development. The hardware is made entirely of domestic components, including a microprocessor A / D converter and liquid chromatograph as well as other auxiliary circuits. Using software to complete digital filtering, using least squares estimation theory to calculate baseline estimates and standard deviations, and then establish the peak detection threshold is a feature of the software. At the same time, the threshold can be dynamically corrected by tracking the baseline, which can detect the peak well. The software can also determine and deal with some overlapping peaks; internal standard method, external standard method or normalized method to calculate the percentage of each component content, and finally print out the analysis report. The system and software were tested with syz-211 liquid chromatograph on-line, which proves that the data processing of the chromatographic analysis by the microprocessor is good for improving the analysis accuracy, improving the work efficiency and shortening the analysis period.
