本文总结巯甲丙脯酸(CPT)对30例顽固性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效。93.3％的病人心功能改善了1～2级。CPT能减慢心率、降低平均动脉压及缩短左室舒张末期内径,因而改善泵功能。
This article summarizes the clinical efficacy of captopril (CPT) on 30 patients with refractory congestive heart failure (CHF). 93.3% of patients improved heart function 1 to 2 levels. CPT slows heart rate, decreases mean arterial pressure, and shortens LV end-diastolic diameter, thus improving pump performance.
