患儿男性,11岁,无任何自觉症状。以发现心脏杂音三年于86年11月23日来诊。其母舅有扁胸直背征象。查体:发育正常,无紫绀,胸廓呈凹陷性扁平,心律齐,胸骨左缘2～3肋间可闻及Ⅲ级收缩期喷射性杂音,P_2亢进分裂,无喀喇音。肝脾(一)。三大常规、肝功能、血沉、抗“O”、IgG、M、A及补体C_3均正常。心电图提示正常。二维超声心动图提示各房室腔大小正常、房室间隔未发现回声失落征。正侧位胸片
