一、匈牙利企业单位的法律顾问六十年代中期以后,匈牙利随着经济活动纳入法制轨道,从经济发展的实际需要出发,重视加强法律顾问工作。目前,在匈牙利的政府机关、工业企业和农业合作社等单位中,都设立了法律顾问。目前匈牙利有法律顾问6,000人。其中绝大多数人都在企业单位从事工作。在匈牙利,法律顾问都是分配到各单位工作的法学院毕业生,属于各个单位的职工。在匈牙利,律师和法律顾问有区别,律师只为公民个人服务,法律顾问只为企事业单位服务。
I. Legal Counselors of Hungarian Enterprise Units After the mid-1960s, Hungary took legal activities into account as its economic activities. From the practical needs of economic development, Hungary emphasized the importance of legal counsel. At present, legal advisers are set up in the Hungarian government agencies, industrial enterprises and agricultural cooperatives. There are currently 6,000 legal advisers in Hungary. Most of them work in business units. In Hungary, legal advisers are law school graduates assigned to the work of all units and belong to the employees of the various units. In Hungary, there is a difference between lawyers and legal advisors, lawyers serve individual citizens only, and legal counselors serve only enterprises and public institutions.
