目的探讨应用负压封闭引流技术(VSD)对甲状腺良性肿瘤手术效果的影响。方法回顾性分析我院2014年1月~2015年11月确诊为甲状腺良性肿瘤并行肿瘤根治手术治疗的患者100例,随机平均分为两组,其中观察组50例,应用负压封闭引流技术覆盖创面,术后给予持续的负压引流7 2小时,压力为0.886~1.063k Pa,并根据肉芽组织的生长情况给予创面的植皮治疗;对照组50例,给予甲状腺良性肿瘤的根治手术后直接行游离组织皮瓣的抑制治疗,对比两组的手术时间、出血量以及创面修复情况。结果治疗组手术时间平均为3.3个小时,对照组的手术时间平均为6.9个小时;治疗组的出血量平均为500ml,对照组的出血量平均为800ml;治疗组应用负压封闭引流技术对创面的治疗中,在肉芽组织生长良好的情况下,所有病例都完全覆盖了颈动脉等重要的皮肤组织结构,均于术后的3周内顺利植皮,对照组在皮瓣的修复中,有2例患者出现了移植皮瓣的坏死。结论甲状腺良性肿瘤手术中应用负压封闭引流技术具有操作简单、减少感染几率、促进创面愈合、患者耐受度高等优点,是一种在甲状腺良性肿瘤手术术后组织缺损修复中的安全有效方法。
