本文简要报道国产妥布拉霉素、阿普拉霉素对临床分离的90株绿脓杆菌的体外抗菌活力。实验结果表明: 国产妥布拉霉素和阿普拉霉素在体外对绿脓杆菌具有较高的抗菌活力。MIC_(50)分别为0.7μg/ml和3.12μg/ml,与进口妥布拉霉素对绿脓杆菌的抗菌活力一致;与丁胺卡那霉素和庆大霉素相似,优于卡那霉素。
This article briefly reports domestic antibacterial tobramycin, apramycin on clinical isolates of 90 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in vitro antibacterial activity.
