石油矿区是伴随着石油工业的建立、发展而逐步配套完善的。20世纪五六十年代,按照周恩来总理提出的“工农结合,城乡结合,方便生产,有利生活”的原则,石油管道工人自力更生,艰苦奋斗,盖房子、种粮食、养牲畜,很好地解决了职工家属的基本生活,保障了一线生产的同时,沿着管道也建立了一个个相对独立、且较为分散的生活矿区,形成了配套完善的矿区服务业务。矿区安全工作对中国石油管道企业履行政治、经济以及社会三大责任起着“牵一发而动全身”的重要作用。
Petroleum mining area is gradually complemented with the establishment and development of the oil industry. In the 1950s and 1960s, according to Premier Zhou Enlai’s principle of “combining industry with agriculture, combining urban and rural areas, facilitating production and benefiting life,” oil pipeline workers are self-reliant and work hard to build houses, grow food and raise livestock. Solved the basic living of the families of workers, to protect the front-line production at the same time, along the pipeline also established a relatively independent, and more decentralized mining area, forming a complete mining services business. Mine safety work plays an important role in implementing the three major responsibilities of China’s oil pipeline enterprises in politics, economy and society.
