无井架液压滑模混凝土施工工艺直接影响着混凝土出模强度和模板滑升速度,文章结合一些工程实例,详细论述了高耸烟囱滑模混凝土施工工艺质量控制的要点和应采取的技术措施。高耸烟囱滑模施工主要指火电厂烟囱施工,火电厂烟囱施工的特点是烟囱高度高[多数均为(180~240)m],施工的难度大。因此施工中应采取文中措施以满足滑模施工对混凝土的工艺要求和确保混凝土施工质量。
The derrick-free hydraulic slipform concrete construction technology directly affects the strength of the concrete mould and the template sliding speed. This article combines some engineering examples, discusses in detail the main points of the chimney slipform concrete construction process quality control and the technical measures that should be taken. High-rise chimney slipform construction mainly refers to thermal power plant chimney construction. Thermal power plant chimney construction is characterized by high chimney height [most of which are (180-240) m], making construction difficult. Therefore, textual measures should be taken during the construction to meet the technical requirements of slipform construction on concrete and ensure the quality of concrete construction.
