提出了一种筛分机强度设计的新思路，在确定筛分机疲劳破坏的基础上，探讨了引起疲劳破坏的原因，提出了随机应力是引起筛分机疲劳破坏的主要原因，并导出了计算不同应力幅值的应力循环次数的方法．可用于筛分机的强度设计和故障诊断。
