研究了茶叶的30种已知多酚成分对使H9淋巴细胞感染的HIV-1病毒的抑制作用,发现4种化合物显示中等程度的抗HIV活性(见附表)。有学者报告,茶叶中含量较多的(一)-表没食子儿茶精及(一)-表儿荼精3-O-棓酸盐具有HIV抑制作用,并且有抗HIV-RT作用;但此次研究中,均未显示活性。对显示活性的成分的诱导体的抗HIV活性也一并予以报告。
The inhibition of H9 lymphocyte-infected HIV-1 virus by 30 known polyphenols components of tea was studied and it was found that the 4 compounds showed moderate anti-HIV activity (see attached table). Some scholars have reported that a high content of (a)-epigallocatechin and (a)-epiene spermatozate 3-O-decanoate in tea have HIV-inhibitory effects and anti-HIV-RT effects; but this No activity was shown in the study. The anti-HIV activity of the inducer of the component showing activity was also reported.
