在今年11月上旬,我社组织了一个访问小组到上海学习,得到了上海社工界广大同仁的热情接待。在他们的大力支持下,我们召开了座谈会,探访了上海市民政局社会工作处、上海市社会工作培训中心、上海市社会福利中心。短短几天,上海社会工作事业喜人的局面给我们留下了深刻的印象。尤其让我们倍感鞭策的是,上海社工同仁对本刊十分关心和爱惜。座谈会上,他们从提高《社会工作》专业化的角度,为办刊献计献策。本刊对他们的意见进行了书面整理(不分先后),和广大读者共同分享。
In early November this year, our society organized a visiting group to study in Shanghai and received the warm reception from the majority of my colleagues in the social worker community in Shanghai. With their strong support, we held a forum to visit the Social Work Office of Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau, the Shanghai Social Work Training Center and the Shanghai Social Welfare Center. In just a few days, the gratifying situation of social work in Shanghai left a deep impression on us. In particular, let us feel more whipped is that Shanghai social workers are very concerned about this publication and care. At the symposium, they gave advice and suggestions on how to improve their social work specialization. Articles published their written comments (in no particular order), and the majority of readers to share.
