目的:观察益肺增效汤联合去甲长春花碱+顺铂(NP)化疗方案治疗晚期肺癌临床疗效及安全性。方法:将100例晚期肺癌患者随机分为2组各50例,对照组仅接受NP化疗方案治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用益肺增效汤治疗,观察比较2组临床疗效及安全性。结果:总有效率观察组为76.0%,对照组为40.0%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。毒副反应总发生率观察组为22.0%,对照组为68.0%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益肺增效汤联合NP方案治疗晚期肺癌临床疗效显著,毒副反应发生率低。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yifengtengxu Decoction combined with norepinephrine + cisplatin (NP) chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced lung cancer. Methods: One hundred patients with advanced lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups of 50 patients. The control group received only NP chemotherapy. The observation group was treated with Yifei Zengxutang on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were observed and compared . Results: The total effective rate was 76.0% in the observation group and 40.0% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions was observed in 22.0% of the observation group and 68.0% of the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Yifei Zengji Decoction combined with NP regimen has a significant clinical effect and low incidence of toxic and side effects in the treatment of advanced lung cancer.
