1997年至今我们采用环丙沙星眼液冲洗上颌窦后再注入庆大霉素治疗慢性上颌窦炎42例,报告如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 83例慢性上颌窦炎病人随机分两组:A组42例,其中男20例,女22例;20例病人为双侧,22例为单侧,病程<半年20例,0.5～1年12例,10例>1年以上。B组41例中,20例双侧,21例单侧,病程多在半年以上。两组资料基本匹配,无明显统计学差异(P>0.05),具有可比性。1.2 治疗方法 A组:常规行上颌窦穿刺,先用生理
Since 1997, we use ciprofloxacin eyewash to maxillary sinus injection after gentamicin treatment of chronic maxillary sinusitis in 42 cases, the report is as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information 83 cases of chronic maxillary sinusitis patients were randomly divided into two groups: A group of 42 patients, 20 males and 22 females; 20 patients were bilateral, 22 patients were unilateral, duration 1 year or more. B group of 41 cases, 20 cases of bilateral, 21 cases of unilateral, more than half a year in duration.
