On the evening of December 28, 2015, the Shaanxi 2016 New Year Concert - Symphony Orchestra “Daqinling” hosted by Propaganda Department of CPC Shaanxi Provincial Committee, Shaanxi Province Federation of Literary and Art Circles and Shaanxi Provincial Audio Society held at the Concert Hall of Xi’an Conservatory of Music Arts Center. The concert was performed by conductor Shao Enzhang and Xi’an Conservatory of Music Shaanxi Philharmonic Orchestra. Liang Gui, member of the Standing Committee of Shaanxi Provincial CPC Committee and Minister of Propaganda Department of Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee, and Bai Anying, chairman of the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, won the honorable title of “Model of Ethics” and “Shaanxi Good People” of Shaanxi Province during this year.
