为了研究自行开发的温拌剂LF-2的降温效果及温拌沥青混合料的最佳压实温度,采用不同掺量的LF-2以及Sasobit温拌剂进行对比试验,通过旋转黏度试验和沥青混合料马歇尔标准击实试验,分别在等黏度原则和等体积原则下,对比分析温拌沥青混合料降温效果。研究结果表明:等体积原则比等黏度原则更适合于评价LF-2温拌剂降温效果;等体积原则下即以4%空隙率为控制指标时,0.1%掺量的LF-2温拌剂降温效果与3%掺量Sasobit温拌剂相当,降温幅度均在20℃左右;LF-2温拌剂掺量建议选择沥青质量的0.1%。
In order to study the cooling effect of self-developed LF-2 and the optimal compaction temperature of warm-mix asphalt mixture, LF-2 and Sasobit with different dosage were used for comparison test. Through the rotation viscosity test and asphalt Mixtures Marshall standard compaction test, respectively, under the principle of equal viscosity and the principle of equal volume, comparative analysis of warm mix asphalt mixture cooling effect. The results show that the principle of equal volume is more suitable than the principle of isobaric viscosity for evaluating the cooling effect of LF-2 warm mix. Under the condition of equal volume, 4% porosity is the control index, 0.1% LF- The cooling effect is equivalent to that of Sasobit 3%, and the temperature drop range is about 20 ℃. The recommended dosage of LF-2 warm mixers is 0.1% of the asphalt content.
