Since 1992, despite the unprecedented political turmoil in the Soviet Union, the dissolution of the coalition, the economic downturn and the severe challenges of inflation, the mutually beneficial economic cooperation among all countries in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) has enjoyed an unabated development. According to incomplete statistics, in 1992, the two sides signed a total of 613 contracted labor contracts, with a total contract value of 1.04 billion U.S. dollars, a turnover of 177 million U.S. dollars and a total of 16,000 people dispatched. Including 145 contracted projects with a contractual amount of USD880 million and a turnover of USD105 million with a contractual number of 5,957 people; 458 labor services contracts with a contractual amount of
