一、概 述 为减少车加工工时,提高材料利用率,1969年我厂和上海机械制造工艺研究所共同协作,试验成功了306外圈精密辗压新工艺。经过一段试生产的情况表明,要取得准确的下料,下料设备是关键问题。 根据试验精密辗压轴承环的需要,下料在红切状态下,重量公差要在较小的范围内,且下料端头要求较为平整,确定最大热剪棒料直径80毫米。因此我们考虑了各种切断机的结构,并参考了一些有关资料,决定采用焊接钢板,机身和滚动导轨的狭长滑块,同时要求在热切中自动送料。
I. Overview In order to reduce the vehicle working hours and improve the material utilization, in 1969, our factory cooperated with Shanghai Mechanical Manufacturing Technology Institute and succeeded in testing the new technology of 306 outer ring precision rolling. After a trial production shows that to obtain accurate unloading, cutting equipment is the key issue. According to the requirements of the test precision rolling bearing rings, under the red cutting condition, the weight tolerance should be within a relatively small range, and the requirements of the cutting end should be relatively flat, and the diameter of the largest hot-shear material should be 80 mm. Therefore, we considered the structure of various cutting machines, and with reference to some relevant information, decided to use the welded plate, the fuselage and rolling guide of the narrow slider, while requiring eager to automatically feed.
