采用多孔介质模型对镁合金流变铸轧进行数值模拟,分析不同浇注温度下铸轧区的温度分布和固相率分布,对比多孔介质模型与纯液态模型之间的差异,并通过实验结果确定最佳模型。结果表明:不同浇注温度下铸轧区内的温度分布和固相率分布规律相似,但完全凝固点的位置不同;对比分析得到最佳浇注温度为840 K,多孔介质模型模拟结果与实验结果高度一致。因此在流变铸轧的数值模拟中,多孔介质模型比纯液态模型更具可靠性。
The porous media model was used to simulate the rheological casting of magnesium alloy. The temperature distribution and solid fraction distribution of the casting zone were analyzed under different pouring temperatures. The difference between the porous media model and pure liquid model was contrasted. The experimental results Best model The results show that the distribution of temperature and solid fraction in the casting zone are similar under different pouring temperatures, but the positions of the complete freezing point are different. The optimal pouring temperature is 840 K and the simulation results of the porous medium model are in good agreement with the experimental results . Therefore, in numerical simulation of rheo-casting and rolling, porous media model is more reliable than pure liquid model.
