护理管理工作是一个医院管理工作的有机组成部分,随着现代医学模式的进一步发展,护理模式及护理管理模式都在发生着一定的变化。而护理管理在理论和方法上的不断创新,紧跟现代医学的发展步伐,是国内外广大护理管理工作者应该着力考虑的大事。护理管理的未来发展动向应该是与其相关的交叉学科的有机结合,以改变现有的护理管理工作的理念及模式。本文从国内外护理管理工作的发展进程入手,结合目前国内外护理管理发展的特点,阐述了未来我国医院护理工作的发展趋势,具有一定的现实指导意义。
Nursing management is an integral part of hospital management. With the further development of the modern medical model, some changes have taken place in the modes of nursing and nursing management. Nursing management in theory and methods of continuous innovation, followed by the pace of the development of modern medicine, nursing care workers at home and abroad should strive to consider the major events. The future development trend of nursing management should be related to the interdisciplinary combination to change the existing concept and mode of nursing management. This article starts with the development of nursing management both at home and abroad. Combining with the current development of nursing management at home and abroad, this article elaborates the development trend of hospital nursing in the future and has some realistic guiding significance.
