对于学校的管理,可谓仁者见仁、智者见智,各有不同的看法。对于农村学校的管理,更是如此。通过城里的优质校和农村薄弱校的交流,经过两年多的实际工作,悟到:要管理好学校,需从这几个方面抓起:要明确办学目标,组建团结、务实的领导班子;要落实责任制,培养业务素质较高的教师队伍;要注重教学教育质量的提高;建立教师的教育教学评估机制,赏罚分明调动教师的积极性,从而带出一所好学校。
For the management of schools, it can be said that the benevolent benevolent, the wise see, have different opinions. For rural school management, even more so. After more than two years of practical work, through the exchange of high quality schools and rural weak schools in the city, after two years of practical work, I realized that to manage the schools, we must start from these aspects: to clearly define the goals of running a school and establish a united and pragmatic leadership ; To implement the responsibility system to cultivate a contingent of teachers with higher professional qualifications; to pay attention to the improvement of the quality of teaching and learning; to establish a teacher’s education and teaching evaluation mechanism; to reward and remove teachers’ enthusiasm so as to bring out a good school.
