近年来,我国青少年的心理素质问题引起了全社会的广泛关注,对青少年进行挫折教育的呼声日益强烈而迫切。今天的孩子缺乏遭遇失意、挫折、乃至失败的思想和心理准备,缺乏必要的生存和磨难教育,缺乏应有的心理承受能力。面对孩子的自尊,许多教育工作者无所适从,这是一个亟需认真探讨的教育课题。
In recent years, the problem of psychological quality of our country’s adolescents has aroused widespread concern in the whole society. There is an increasing and urgent call for frustration education among adolescents. Today’s children lack ideological and psychological preparation for encountering frustration, frustration or even failure, lack of necessary education for survival and suffering, and lack of psychological capacity. In the face of children’s self-esteem, many educators do not know what to do, which is an urgent need to seriously explore the educational issues.
