城市价值的发现过程,即是土地价值的重新发现。通过楼市的潮起潮落,我们发现城市价值决定楼盘价值,好项目反过来又能提升城市价值。我们不妨把目光投向更高远的视界,思考一个问题:杭州楼市的明天在哪里?在此次“重估杭州价值”论坛中,复旦大学金融研究院房地产研究部主任华伟提出的“杭州属于一线城市”的观点引发了开发商和专家们的热议;此次论坛的召开,距离国家宏观调控政策出台已有时日,而今,开发商们也有了新的看法。
The discovery of urban value is the rediscovery of land value. Through the ebb and flow of the property market, we find that the value of the city decides the value of the real estate, and the good ones can in turn enhance the urban value.
