毛泽东对马克思主义中国化的卓著功绩主要体现为两点:对马克思主义中国化命题的初次阐述和科学诠释,推动了马克思主义中国化的进程;将马克思主义同中国革命现实紧密结合,形成了马克思主义中国化的最初理论成果——毛泽东思想,开辟了马克思主义中国化的崭新道路。
