This article describes the APT Corporation APT5012JNU2 type and IXYS company introduced VUM24-05N and VUM33-05N dedicated power module. This type of module is suitable for use in PFC booster circuits and delivers 1.5kW to 4.5kW power from single-phase AC power lines.
