建设部等九部门联合发布的《廉租住房保障办法》正式开始实施,为我国保障性住房的发展与建设奠定了坚实的法律基础和良好的政策环境。它将大大促进我国廉租住房和经济适用住房的开发与建设。本文作者经过认真分析和比较研究,就我国加快廉租住房建设工作,从基本国情、政策导向、资金来源、运作机制、发展对策等方面进行了科学的阐述和论证。
The “Low-rent Housing Security Measures,” jointly issued by nine departments such as the Ministry of Construction, officially started to be implemented, laying a solid legal foundation and a good policy environment for the development and construction of affordable housing in our country. It will greatly promote the development and construction of affordable housing and affordable housing in our country. After careful analysis and comparative study, the author of this paper carried out scientific exposition and demonstration on accelerating the construction of low-rent housing in our country from the aspects of basic national conditions, policy orientation, sources of funds, operation mechanism and development strategy.
