角膜厚度是眼部的主要数据之一,是影响其他眼前节检查及其他眼科疾病诊断治疗的重要指标。目前对角膜厚度的认知要求已经不再局限于几个点,而需要像了解角膜曲率一样了解角膜各个点的厚度。接触式测量常会因为操作者的手法、探头的大小不等,而引起角膜的变形或中心点位置偏差影响测量结果,并且接触式测量存在角膜感染的风险。随着对角膜厚度测量要求更精确、更全面、更舒适和更安全,非接触式测量越来越引起临床眼科医生的青睐。本文对目前的角膜厚度的非接触式测量方法的原理和特点进行综述。
Corneal thickness is one of the main data of the eye, is an important indicator of the impact of other anterior segment check and other eye diseases diagnosis and treatment. The current cognitive requirements for corneal thickness are no longer limited to just a few points, but rather need to know the thickness of each point of the cornea as well as understanding the curvature of the cornea. Contact measurement often because of the operator’s approach, the size of the probe varies, causing the deformation of the cornea or center position deviation affect the measurement results, and contact measurement of the risk of corneal infection. With the need for more accurate, comprehensive, comfortable and safer measurements of corneal thickness, non-contact measurements are increasingly attracting the interest of clinical ophthalmologists. This review summarizes the principles and features of the current non-contact measurement of corneal thickness.
