利用数字图像计算机技术,开发出一套针对火焰热图像的实时采集与测量系统.在小型火焰试验台上,对湍流火焰的热图像特性进行了试验与理论研究,获得了湍动燃烧图像特性的变化规律.提出了用以解决火焰热图像特性与温度分布映射关系的单色基准温度标定法,并探索了此方法用于三维温度场时,由于辐射叠加所造成的温度失真的修正方法.
Using digital image computer technology, a real-time acquisition and measurement system for flame thermal images was developed. The thermal image characteristics of the turbulent flame were experimentally and theoretically studied on a small flame test rig, and the variation characteristics of turbulent combustion images were obtained. A monochrome reference temperature calibration method is proposed to solve the relationship between the flame thermal image characteristics and the temperature distribution mapping. The method of correcting the temperature distortion caused by the radiation superposition when the method is applied to the three-dimensional temperature field is also discussed.
