环球电讯和新加坡科技电信媒体公司宣布,美国联邦通讯委员会已经批准了环球电讯将其控制权移交给新加坡科技电信媒体公司的申请。预计,由于有了这样的批文,新组建的环球电讯不久将通过破产诞生。
Global Crossing and SingTel Media Media Corporation announced that the Federal Communications Commission has approved the Global Crossing’s transfer of its control to Singapore’s technology and telecommunications media company’s application. It is estimated that with this approval, the newly formed Global Crossing will soon be born through bankruptcy.
