利用外掺MgO混凝土的膨胀特性,补偿施工期温度应力,可简化拱坝施工中的分缝等温控措施,加快筑坝速度;介绍了长沙拱坝利用外掺MgO混凝土筑坝的情况;分析了影响混凝土弹性模量的因素及外掺MgO对混凝土中温度、弹性模量等物理力学性能的变化过程。为说明混凝土弹性模量变化对拱坝应力的影响,对长沙拱坝进行了仿真计算。
Utilizing the expansion property of MgO-doped concrete to compensate the temperature stress during construction can simplify temperature control measures such as sub-joints in the construction of arch dam and accelerate the dam-building speed. The dam construction condition of Changsha arch dam using MgO concrete is introduced. Influencing factors on the elastic modulus of concrete and the changing process of physical and mechanical properties such as temperature and elastic modulus of concrete mixed with MgO. In order to illustrate the influence of the change of concrete elastic modulus on the stress of arch dam, the simulation calculation of Changsha arch dam is carried out.
