对比不同方法制备牛巴贝斯虫C51A探针DNA和光敏生物素标记的效果,建立ECORI酶切纯化的C51A探针制备技术。该探针除具备重组质量DNA探针的特异性和灵敏度外,杂交效果更规律清晰。开始应用到流行地区奶牛血样检测。
