本文采用骨膜反应对模型对金黄色葡萄球菌提取物作用机制进行初步研究,将SD大鼠分为3组,分别于双股骨后侧骨膜注入金葡液、猪心培养基、生理盐水各100ul,1周后光镜观察注射部骨膜反应。结果显示:①生理盐水组呈骨膜轻度增生;②猪心培养基组呈骨膜纤维性增生;③金葡液组呈骨膜骨性增生。从而得出:金葡液主要通过引发骨膜下炎症反应而成骨,炎症因子的释放可能是骨膜细胞增殖的基础。
In this paper, the periosteal reaction on the role of the model of Staphylococcus aureus extract preliminary study, the SD rats were divided into three groups, respectively, into the posterior periosteal femoral vein gold grapefruit, pig heart medium, saline 100ul, One week later, the periosteum of the injection site was observed by light microscope. The results showed: (1) mild periosteal hyperplasia in the saline group; (2) pericardium fibrous hyperplasia in the pig heart medium group; (3) hyperplasia of the periosteum in the Jin-Jin liquid group. It is concluded that the release of inflammatory cytokines may be the basis of periosteal cell proliferation mainly through inducing subperiosteal inflammatory response.
