本文报导了生长调节物质BA浓度和因子试验;继代培养试验和生根试验。主要结果:1.桃茎尖生长分化的最适BA浓度为0.2~1.5毫克/升。2.MS附加BA0.5毫克/升、IBA2.0毫克/升有利于分化出最健壮新梢。3.MS-R培养基适于新梢的继代培养。4.用100ppmIBA浸泡新梢基部6~8小时,有利于生根。在附加1.5毫克/升IBA的(1/2)MS培养基中培养4天后转入到无激素的(1/2)MS培养基中,同样得到了较好的生根效果。5.单加BA有利于新梢分化而抑制了生根,单加IBA抑制了新梢分化而促进了生根,BA与IBA结合,可使新梢生长健壮,节间伸长。由于从茎尖和腋芽能分化出大量新梢并诱导生根,形成完整植株,这对桃的杂交育种和栽培研究均有应用价值。
This paper reports the BA concentration and factor test of growth regulators; the subculture test and rooting test. MAIN RESULTS: 1. The optimum concentration of BA for the growth and differentiation of peach shoots was 0.2 ~ 1.5 mg / L. 2.MS additional BA0.5 mg / l, IBA2.0 mg / l help differentiate the most robust shoots. MS-R medium suitable for subculture of shoots. 4. With 100ppmIBA soak new shoots base 6 to 8 hours, is conducive to rooting. After 4 days of culture in (1/2) MS medium supplemented with 1.5 mg / l IBA, the medium was transferred to hormone-free (1/2) MS medium and the same rooting effect was obtained. 5. Single BA is good for differentiation of shoots and inhibits rooting. Single IBA inhibits shoot differentiation and promotes rooting. BA combined with IBA can make shoots robust and internodal elongation. As a result of stem shoots and axillary buds can differentiate a large number of shoots and induce rooting, the formation of a complete plant, peach hybrid breeding and cultivation of this study have value.
